What items are prohibited?

We DO NOT except:

- Appliances

- Asbestos

- Batteries

- Biological or animal waste

- Ballasts

- Hazardous Materials (e.g. oils, paint, fuel, chemicals, solvents)

- Mattresses

- Medical Waste

- Tires

- Refrigerators

- AC Units

Fees will be added to bins found with these items.

Please advise in advance what type of material you will be disposing of so we can provide proper recycling or disposal.

How much notice is required for booking?

Same day service will be provided if requested before 10am, any later will be the following day.

We strive to provide prompt delivery to minimize any need for double handling of material.

What if my bin weighs over 1500kgs?

Bins weighing over 1500kgs are charged at a rate of $14 per each additional 100kgs.

What if I need the bin for more than 7 days?

An additional fee of $5 per day will apply for each day the bin is retained beyond the initial 7-day rental period.

Where can my bin be placed?

Bin placement is at the homeowner’s discretion; however, our experienced drivers are available to provide guidance and assistance as needed.

Driveway protection will be provided free of charge.
